1. General Terms
Welcome to Digital bazar. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Digital bazar’s website (referred to herein as the “Site”).
Acceptance: By accessing this Site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions stated here, do not use Digital bazar.
Changes: We reserve the right to change or modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Site will signify your acceptance of any adjustments.
Purpose: All digital products (Themes and Plugins) on this Site are released under the General Public License (GPL) and are not affiliated with the original developers. We provide these files to you for a small fee.
2. Membership and Purchases
Purchasing: When you purchase or subscribe to a product through our Site, your payment will be processed. You warrant that all information supplied by you for the purpose of making a purchase is accurate and complete.
Nature of Products: We only provide GPL-licensed files. We are not the original author or developer of these files. You are reminded that under the GPL, you are legally permitted to use these files.
License Keys: We do not provide any license keys, product activation codes, or premium support for any theme or plugin. You will have full access to the features of these products as they are released under GPL.
3. Support and Updates
Support: We only provide Basic Technical Support to our users regarding general download, installation, and usage issues. We do not provide expert support related to individual product customization, bugs, or fixes. For this, you must contact the original developer.
Updates: We regularly update products during your membership period. Once your membership expires, you will no longer receive updates.
4. Refund Policy
Digital Goods: Since we sell digital goods that cannot be returned, all sales are generally Final.
Conditions for Refund: We will only accept refund requests under the following conditions:
If the purchased product is clearly non-functional and we fail to fix it within 48 hours.
If the product description was erroneous and the purchased product significantly differs from the features described.
Refund Process: In case of an approved refund, the refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 7 to 14 business days.
5. Account Termination
Digital bazar may suspend or terminate your access to your account at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these terms, including, but not limited to: attempting to procure license keys, original developer support, or reselling our products.
6. Limitation of Liability
You agree that Digital bazar shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software. Digital bazar does not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.
